Hookpod Ltd. is a private company which has been established by a small group of shareholders with the aim of eliminating seabird bycatch in pelagic longline fisheries. Whilst we are a commercial operation, our philosophy is driven by conservation objectives. A proportion of any profits will be passed back into seabird conservation projects, and as take up and production are scaled up, this will be reflected in value for money for fishers and end users.
