Automate visual inspection in canneries
Besides OEE, TallyVision can be programmed with multiple computer vision models to automate visual inspection of your can production. We are currently working on several automated inspection models for tuna canneries.
DETECT DEFECTS
Detect and classify defects in cans including underfilling, scorching, blood, pin bones, skin, scales and foreign objects.
Estimate flake
Accurately estimate the percentage of flake in the can based on the top appearance and calculate its standard deviation for every 500 to 1,000 cans.
Classify appearance
Classify the top appearance of the can including A*, A and B. We can also develop custom AI models based on your own quality standards.
